Shipping Policy

UAE shipping time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are shipped during weekdays only, excluding weekends or holidays. If we are expecting a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

All orders within Dubai zone will be delivered within 2-4 days and for other Emirates like Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Quwain and Ajman delivery can take till 5 working days. 

After order will be placed you will receive an email with all the details about delivery time and processing.

UAE shipping cost 

For all orders under AED 2000 a delivery charge of AED 45.00 will be applied. For all orders above AED 2000 delivery is free of cost. 

Delivery Options

Our delivery across UAE will be made by a company driver or any third-party courier chosen by us.

In case any urgent requirements there is a possibility to collect material from our Sharjah Atelier directly. Please mark below during making an order on our website:
